Overview
A Conversion Rate Optimisation specialist is required to join a Gaming/ Sports Company based in Central Manchester. This brand has a fantastic story and has grown from a humble community to a multi-million pound enterprise with further international growth plans. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sports and gaming to work in a field that they're genuinely passionate about and to work with several, high profile brands. The responsibilities will be as follows: Lead A/B and multivariate testing and optimisation plans Maximise conversion and minimise barriers and deliver successful user experiences across their product portfolio Use analytical tools and internal resources to make data driven decisions across several different products and devices Work closely with other areas of the business (product development, BI and performance marketing and paid media) to deliver the performance strategy and maximise ROI Perform regular competitor research and be aware of market trends The ideal candidate will have the following background and skillset: Experience of CRO ideally within the Gaming, Gambling or Sports industries Passion for data, testing, UX and the benefits of this for the business Knowledge of CRO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Optimizely and Hotjar Data driven and analytical mindset Understanding of Compliance, adhering to ASA and CAP standards IT literate with skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, If this sounds like you and you'd love to work with a rapidly growing interesting brand, please apply below This opportunity is ideal for: CRO specialist, CRO Manager, Conversion rate optimisation executive, online trading specialist, UX, UI
