The role: Highly focused on growth of brand’s social platforms and creative distribution of products Generate ideas to help promote the business / brand (all ideas are welcome with the aim to help generate sales and increase brand awareness) Run Social media with the aim to give their followers regular content to keep them engaged Find ways to increase the brand following and help drive sales through these avenues in the form of advertisement Seek out new ways to advertise the product and generate sales / enquiries Plan how to best celebrate and make the most out of the centenary year celebrations Use all of the business network, talent, fans and partners to drive growth and community engagement on social Requirements: Prior experience in a marketing-based role Driven, ambitious and keen to help grow a business and be a catalyst for its growth Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the roll-out of the brand across all applications and digital platforms, including: All social and digital advertising Creatively writing and scheduling content for social media platforms Promote their services across all platforms Actively increase followers across all digital platforms including hits on their website Regular social listening to monitor brand mentions, competitor activity and hot topics Responding to consumer comments on social platforms Analysing the success of campaigns using social and web data Managing paid advertising across paid social and search (optional) Making changes and updates to the website Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments Conducting keyword research to discover new content opportunities Define social media strategies, ensuring content is fully integrated with wider marketing output Photography, both property and other content along with offering guidance to the team Act as a guardian of brand guidelines, tone of voice and style Arrange marketing events to increase brand awareness and drive sales Take responsibility for team social event
