Overview

One of the world's leading law firms requires an experienced Pitch Manager to develop and lead proposal and pitch strategy for the London Corporate Practice to maximise the opportunity of success for proposals teams. The Pitch Manager will lead on the development of first class proposals best practice and delivery to the London corporate practice, creating a centre of excellence for the creation and delivery of panel pitches and complex and multi-jurisdictional and high value matter RFPs. The role holder will need to develop infrastructure to drive efficiencies across the Practice working closely with offshore teams and will be expected to equip the Corporate Practice and colleagues with the tools, techniques and infrastructure required, ensuring value and efficiency in proposals development. Acting as the lead on panel RFPs and major corporate practice pitches, you will manage key stakeholders involved in the pitching process, providing advice, direction, coaching and support, and conducting win/loss debriefs. The successful applicant will also manage UK monthly practice reporting activity and manage the ongoing maintenance of the pitch and marketing materials. In order to perform this role successfully, the ideal candidate will have passion for pitching and winning work and extensive previous experience working on competitive proposals and pitches within a law, professional services or large corporate firm. An exceptional team player, highly motivated and committed to high performance, the Pitch Manager should hold a degree, or equivalent, and possess a track record of being proactive and delivering high quality work.
