We are looking for an exceptional ambitious individual to join our company to help us to progress with expansion of our brand into new counties of the UK. We’re looking for a very commercial person to drive conversions and execution of best practice online experiences. This is a unique opportunity to join the business at the heart of its growth strategy. Your primary responsibility will be driving online sales and traffic growth while managing digital marketing campaigns and budgets. The right candidate will be a natural leader with a deep understanding of all digital marketing, website merchandising, CRO as well as demand planning and inventory management. You will be an integral part of the company Responsibilities: Driving sales and margin on the website through careful analysis of historical and live KPIs. Driving traffic, conversion and ROI across all digital acquisition channels Building and growing a customer database to target via email, SMS, social, Google, post. Planning and executing marketing and email campaigns using mailchimp. Full promotional activity control and management Working with our Ecommerce Project Manager to drive onsite UX improvements. E-commerce reporting on daily sales and weekly KPIs All website content and aesthetics. Working closely with operations to ensure high levels of order fulfilment and quality Management of digital marketing budget Managing and developing a weekly report for company director You will Be the point of contact for any IT issues and liaise with external 3rd party IT support Managing weekly publishing targets ensuring all products, product attributes and taxonomy are updated to the websites on a daily basis Online merchandising of all products to maximise sales and cross-sell/up-sell and site aesthetics, within brand guidelines across all devices. Managing and maintaining the appearance, accuracy and standards on all website pages. Daily full site audits on all international sites Complete regular competitor activity across both retail stores and online to understand the market place and environment. Working alongside the SEO team to optimise categories and search Monitoring product sorting within categories and search results page Market knowledge of upcoming trends whilst working closely to ensure these trends come to life onsite Driving changes to online category strategy based on customer and competitive insights Optimisation of site. Candidate requirements: A minimum of 2 years of relevant digital marketing experience A minimum of 2 years Magento 2 CRM or alternative CRM website management is essential. Strong Knowledge of Google Analytics essential. Strong Knowledge of Google Adwords including search and shopping campaigns Google Tag Manager experience Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, with impeccable spelling and grammar abilities Experience in online product copywriting with SEO knowledge Email Marketing Experience Magento and Wordpress Knowledge/experience A passion for keeping up to date with the latest digital practices and technologies Proficient and pro active with ongoing strategy, planning and development.
