If so….we need to speak with you today My client is an industry leading, UK wide organisation, with a fantastic reputation and an equally as fantastic Marketing function Looking for an immediate start, the Interim Marketing Manager will form as a part of the senior leadership team with the driving & delivering of revenue marketing campaigns. With a huge emphasis on lead generation, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, planning, budgeting, implementing & evaluating all activity across online & offline channels. You will be working across the whole business liaising day to day with key stakeholders- you will be comfortable with multi-tasking, working in a fast-paced environment & will have a dynamic, approachable & knowledgeable disposition. This position is not for the faint hearted You will be expected to hit the ground running, bringing a positive, proactive & enthusiastic approach To be considered… Experience & success in managing lead generation programs Good planning, scheduling and analytical abilities with an eye for detail A proven track record in managing multi-channel B2B campaigns or projects, including events, DM/eDM campaigns, social media and / or website management, within a B2B, industrial or technology environment Proactive approach and forward thinking, with the ability to work independently to set deadlines Ability to multi-task / project manage and work well under pressure High enthusiasm and drive coupled with good interpersonal skills and being a good communicator, along with being a quick learner Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative whilst being a team player, as well as providing a good level of team motivation Experience of utilising a CRM tool and / or marketing automation platform Excellent written and oral communication skills Next steps… Send your CV to Michaela today
