Overview
Our client, a rapidly growing creative agency, based in High Wycombe, are currently hiring for a Website & Social Media Analyst to join their growing team. The Website & Social Media Analyst will be working within the Social Media Team, reporting to the Social Media Manager. This is a mid-level position, with massive room to learn and develop your career. Key Responsibilities Expert in Analytics across web and social, utilising platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insight and Twitter Analytics. Be able to setup and report on web and social data across multiple clients with varying timelines Experience with Tableau or other enterprise data visualisation software. Able to choose the best visual charts to accurately represent different data types. Provide meaningful insight utilising reporting / website analytics to inform future design, content and social strategies Delivering regular client facing reports post Understand digital trends, social media channels and data stored/available Create automation for reports, where possible, to streamline processes Liaise directly between our clients and our social media & technical teams Manage and maintain client relationships and expectations with agreed key tasks, manage milestones and deliverables Delivering high impact client-facing Google Analytics data analysis training Have good solid knowledge of all social media platforms and popular smartphoneapps Requirements Experience within a Social Media position within a Marketing team Undertanding of Google Analytics and Facebook Insight Experience with using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc Excellent communication skills both written and verbal This is a full time, permanent role working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, my client also offers great benefits such as; flexible working hours, competitive salary, regular work socials and events and potential global travel.
