Marketing Executive

Job Description Job Description Halo Recruitment are working with a fantastic client based in the Chichester area who are seeking a Sales Administration and Marketing Executive. Working hours: 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Holidays: 25 days per year, plus bank holidays/ Salary £22,000 per annum. They are a small business (currently 8 staff) based in Chichester and are a short walk from the train station and the town centre, with onsite parking. We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented marketing/PR executive. The successful candidate will be joining a small, friendly and hard-working team so will need to be able to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in with all areas of the business (not just marketing / PR). We need a self-starter who can generate and execute B2B marketing and PR strategies in activities such as social media, copywriting, developing and delivering e-newsletter campaigns, updating websites, supporting PR campaigns and managing design and print materials when necessary. In addition to taking the lead on all marketing / PR activities, the successful candidate will also be trained in sales administration and will be expected to assist the team and to provide cover during holiday / absence. The office can be busy at times so the candidate will need to be able to prioritise and multi-task. Self-motivation and organisation are key to this role - as is a natural aptitude for PR and marketing. Candidates should have gained a marketing, PR or communications degree. We will also consider applicants without a degree but who can demonstrate a background in marketing with relevant experience on their CV Motivation and a desire to get stuck in with all aspects of the business Strong written and verbal communication skills Creative and enthusiastic with energy and commitment Ability to work independently as well as in a team The ability to prioritise and multi-task Proficiency in using software such as WordPress, Mailchimp and Microsoft Office, as well as experience managing social media platforms This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to get hands on experience and develop existing marketing and PR skills in a small and friendly environment.
