Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, we’re looking for a digital savvy, out of the box thinker to join our friendly team in Poole as a PPC, Paid Media & SEO Executive on a part-time basis (2 days per week - Monday & Thursday). As one of the UK’s leading Full-Service Careers providers we require the ideal candidate to support our digital programme across various advertising platforms; including Google Adwords, Facebook Business Manager and wider partner display networks. The candidate must be a pro-active, passionate team player with an insatiable drive for optimisation and continuous improvement. You’ll likewise need to have an analytical mindset to help review success levels of each campaign as you’ll be reporting to key stakeholders regularly on progress and performance. The core responsibility for the candidate will be focused around generating high quality digital leads; this will stretch across various aspects of the company’s online marketing channels. You’ll champion this space, taking end-to-end ownership from keyword optimisation, bid strategy and delivery; even landing page reviews so an understanding of UX and conversion best practice would be advantageous. This is not role for the faint hearted, owned and paid media is considered business critical, which will allow the successful candidate to truly embed themselves in the business and really make a difference. A day in the life of a PPC, Paid Media & SEO Executive Overall research - provide reports on keywords, trends, questions and general search-related queries Identifying new ideas, spotting campaign flaws and more Reporting - create, monitor and continue to report on campaign performance via traffic, leads, sales and conversions Campaign management - performing day-to-day tasks such as; writing creative ad copy, monitoring negative keywords, allocating budgets, optimisation and bid adjustments Keeping pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments Working with the demand generation and digital team to optimise landing pages and their conversion performance Working with the creative team to create compelling banner advertising Building out the SEO strategy and optimising the performance of the company website Skills and aptitudes required / preferred Fresh thinking, action-oriented team player Professional and proactive Google Adwords, Analytics & Search Console native Google Analytics IQ preferred Facebook Business/Ad Manager experience Knowledge of Salesforce preferred Good use of Microsoft programmes, especially Excel Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Accuracy Ability to handle multiple Tasks Previous use of platforms such as MOZ etc. Sound like you?
