Overview

A Product Owner / VOD Product Manager / eCommerce Product Manager is needed for an exciting Global Broadcast Media and VOD company. Reporting directly into the Head of Product, the Product Owner / VOD Product Manager / eCommerce Product Manager will be the first Product Manager to be hired, helping shape the product roadmap across their website, App and media platforms. They have a large and loyal audience but there's a huge opportunity to drive improvements in customer experience by better understanding customer needs, analysing data, personalisation, etc This Product Owner / VOD Product Manager / eCommerce Product Manager will be responsible for: Owning, defining and executing the Product Roadmap and vision Understanding the user needs as best as possible to prioritise the ideas and development Focusing on the engagement of consumers and how to optimise their experience Working closely with other team members, including a Front-End Development (UX/UI), Project Management and Data Analysis The Product Owner / VOD Product Manager / eCommerce Product Manager will: Be from a mass digital consumer background where customer experience and conversion are key, such as Media, Publishing, eCommerce, content, travel, entertainment, or similar industry Understand user needs, capture business requirements to shape the roadmap and will have worked in an agile environment Have experience managing a digital product from inception to launch Have some Business Analysis experience, with 2 years' experience as a Product Owner Ideally be educated to degree level or above This is a great opportunity for a Product Owner / VOD Product Manager / eCommerce Product Manager to help build and improve critical media and entertainment services for a global audience.
