Are you currently looking for New contract opportunity? 12 Month contract GDPR- CRM Executive Hounslow Inside IR35 200 - 225 per day We are looking for someone to join the CRM function of a global travel business. The individual must have a strong understanding of GDPR processes and Knowledge Of how this relates to CRM activities and practices in relation to customer information And how it is used within the business. The key Features of the role are to: Develop and utilize Customer Relationship Management Data strategies, systems and processes to drive effective data driven CRM campaigns and conversion strategies, maintain compliance to GDPR with all data warehouses, support new data feed integrations and provide subject matter expertise for data compliance to the wider commercial function. Be the front of knowledge and go to person within the Commercial team on all things GDPR related by working with the Data Protection office to plan and implement data privacy compliance program within the Commercial business units: Surface Access, Airline Business Development (including Cargo), Customer, Retail (including Premium Services & VIP), Property and Marketing & Digital team. Create and prepare changes to the Data Privacy documentation such as Initial Qualifying Questions, Data Protection Impact Assessments, Data Protection Compliance Assessments and Legitimate Impact Assessments, Procedures, Standards and Guidelines. Monitor and ensure accurate Commercial data processing activities are in place, that meet regulatory requirements. Respond to business queries about data privacy, escalating to the Data Protection Office when appropriate. Support a network of data privacy stewards across the Commercial team by leading quarterly meetings with latest updates in regulations and expectations from the Data Protection Office. Review third party supplier processing arrangements to ensure they are handling personal data appropriately and need to be thorough when issuing contracts to establish they are data protection/GDPR compliant. Respond to compliance audits/reviews (annually). Monitoring compliance with the Data Protection Act is a fundamental task of the Data Protection Office. There will be periodic and ad hoc reviews, flagging areas for investigation. It is important that materials are submitted in a timely fashion to enable this scrutiny to be an efficient and effective end-to-end process. Ensure GDPR risks are flagged and included on the team and Commercial Risk Registers and those risks already on the registers to be monitored and reviewed every quarter. Monitor emerging Privacy regulation and adjust Policies and Procedures accordingly. Key Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Competencies: i.e. those (including qualifications) required to fulfil role: Marketing, CRM, or business-related degree Strong reporting and presentation skills Understanding of data protection legislation and experience implementing a compliant data environment. Must have a strong commercial outlook and the ability to manage project delivery through internal and external stakeholders.
