Having spent the last 20 years building one of the richest data sets in their field, they have developed a new analytics hub dedicated to utilising analytics as the tool behind every decision. Dedicated to personal development and progression opportunities Extensive flexible working policies Relaxed environment THE ROLE Sitting in a centralised analytics hub this role will see you utilising SQL and R/Python to optimise the customer experience through analytics. Through analytics projects around customer lifetime value, segmentation, and marketing effectiveness you will provide the CRM and wider marketing team with the tools to make evidence-based marketing decisions. Additionally, you will be: Building statistical models such as regression, propensity, and churn Working with technical and non-technical stakeholders to feed analytics into business strategy Supporting the CRM team on campaign optimisation and post-campaign analytics Developing your advanced analytics skillset through training and development YOUR SKILLS The successful Marketing Analyst will have: Strong SQL coding skills with the ability to write complex queries Knowledge/exposure to open source coding languages such as R/Python Previously worked in a customer analytics or marketing analytics capacity An understanding of the campaign build process A desire to pick up new tech skills Great communication A degree or higher in a relevant discipline BENEFITS A salary up to £45,000 dependant on experience Bonus scheme Flexible working Product discounts HOW TO APPLY Please click the link on this page or email for more details
