Working for the Head of Sales and Services, the role will be accountable for; leading and managing the sales activities to achieve defined annual order intake targets in line with the divisional Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and published strategy. This person will also be accountable for identifying and growing new routes to market, leading customer market towards the strategy, cultivating effective industry partnerships and supporting the sales team in closing large complex prospects or defined opportunities. Understands and is able to lead and influence the needs of customers. Responding positively to meet their expectations at a Tewkesbury and wider L3Harris levels. Be the face of the business to customers, partners, CDRs, and the wider market Prioritises work in accordance with business and team needs. Learns from experience. Has the flexibility necessary to work on a broad range of projects of varying size and complexity, within a dynamic company. Your Skills Proven track record of developing business winning campaigns, effective capture plans and close complex CEMA prospects internationally. A strong market driven approach including market assessment, market analysis and strategic relationship building. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interact and lead internal and external senior customers across all levels. Excellent negotiator, experienced at managing and resolving conflicts. Excellent communications skills both written and oral; confident presenter. Proven, best practice and professional sales/business winning experience.
