Job: Junior Project Manager / Project Support Industry: Signage Location: West Midlands Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 Our client is looking for someone to join their ever-growing team to support the project manager in the co-ordination, implementation, execution and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Key Responsibilities Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, projects cope and goals Assist clients with specifications Organize and prioritise your workload Gather all required and relevant project information Respond to quotation requests Liaise with all employees that are involved in a project Communicate effectively with various departments that are involved with the project to ensure that the client's specifications and time frames are met Updating files and internal systems throughout projects ensuring sign off times are met, and files are ready for invoicing About you Excellent organisation and time management skills Computer literate (Microsoft Office) Able to work well as part of a team and under own initiative Confident communication and interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external contacts at all levels Signage experience is beneficial but not necessary Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills On offer for the role A fantastic starting salary of between £21,000- £25,000 DOE 28 days holiday (Inclusive of xmas shutdown) Free on-site parking Company pension Fantastic progression opportunities If you feel like this is the role for you to APPLY click on the link below.
