CRM Marketing Manager Contract

Interim CRM Marketing Manager - 6-12 month contract - Edinburgh - £25-£30k Your new company You will be working within the hotel industry in Edinburgh. Your new role The organisation's goal is to have a better understand their guests and improve their communications with them using data. Your goal is to transform their comms from sporadic eblasts to relevant, bespoke, targeted, automated campaigns that arrive just at the right moment. You will be the advocate within the business to promote and deliver data-driven marketing communications. You'll be expected to introduce a programme-based approach to guest communications, including email, SMS, hotel notifications and social media. As part of this, you'll need to be able to define a set of requirements that meet their business needs and advise on appropriate technologies for email delivery, CRM B2B and B2C, reporting and insights. What you'll need to succeed Ideally, you'll have worked with marketing automation tools, running customer communication journeys in a daily production environment. You will be able to personalise emails and manage conditional logic within the email/CRM engine. Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, you'll manage data reporting and statistics from email programmes. Please note, this project will be delivered in phases and a CRM system has been selected for the initial stages. What you'll get in return You will be offered a salary of £25-£30k on an initial contract of 6-12 months.
