Product Information Analyst

Product Information Analyst Brentwood, Essex Up to £25,000 DOE Do you have excellent data experience and are looking for a new opportunity? Pursuit Resources Group are looking to recruit for the position of a Product Information Analyst, based in Brentwood, Essex. The main responsibilities for the job include: Create, maintain, prepare and deliver a variety of task-specific vehicle specifications, data to brief and on time for all Client Automotive brands, using client-sourced technical documentation and complex multi-format datasets. Identify and extract market- and region-specific vehicle variation data, acting as a point of contact for client and internal technical query resolution where required. Product check copy documents CGI-created render files to ensure consistency with vehicle specifications, data and market/region variations, and communicate with required person(s) to ensure their ongoing maintenance. Attend multi-stage Quality Check meetings for the purposes of ensuring marketing communication accuracy. Create and maintain asset matrices and use them to track market/region specific assets from creation to client approval for multiple artwork variations, incorporating spread thumbnails based off signed-off brochure visual. Assist the Image Library with the Metadata logging of images into digital asset management system, and to assist with any queries. Brief in new and update imagery for retouching where appropriate and required after CGI and/or Photography has been undertaken. Mark up visual imagery for any specific needs using market feedback and/or client-supplied order guides and circulate to Client Services and Art Director. Product check CGI briefs for product correctness of vehicles and supply corrections and clarification where required, so that these can be briefed in by Art Director to the CGI artists. Where appropriate and required, product-check vehicles prior to reference gathering photography, which may require off-site visits. Mark up marketing communication visuals for costing exercises using client feedback and/or client-supplied technical documentation and complex multi-format datasets. Generate colour and texture lists for specific brands, using client-sourced colour and trim information, for use by in-house CGI studio department. Product check CGI-created render file PDF's against created feature lists, and annotate any amends required. To create information sheets for CGI and Digital teams to create assets based off market feedback and client-supplied technical documentation and complex multi-format datasets. The ideal candidate will be: Confident in communicating to all levels of a business structure, both internally and externally Ability to learn and understand new processes quickly Analytical thinker Proactive and use initiative Methodical work ethic Pragmatic approach Flexible and adaptable to change Enterprising and able to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Minimum of 5 years experience within an analytical and/or technical field Experience in the management and interpretation of large, unsorted, and complicated datasets Experience of quality checking and/or proof reading technical documents An advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Beneficial for candidates to hold a full UK driving license.
