Digital Content Producer Full Time : 6 months Temporary Contract with a possible extension. Hours: 38.75 per week Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm Salary: £20,000 per annum Reporting to : Ecommerce Manager Job Summary The role is to be part of the Ecommerce Team. The role is a graphic design/digital marketing role to be responsible for updating and maintaining the visual content of tjhughes.co.uk. Tasks will involve designing assets, uploading content from a comprehensive image gallery along with creating photographic imagery for an ever changing portfolio of products. The Role Responsible for the production of visual content for www.tjhughes.co.uk. Complete weekly production of visual content and assets through posting to deadline. Produce and edit online product photography. Interface with all members of the Ecommerce, Marketing and Buying teams to keep daily projects on schedule and within budget. Troubleshoot site problems and fix incorrect data as needed. Quality assurance of product information, content, and images displayed on the online store. Quality assurance of all functionality launching on tjhughes.co.uk Work closely with the Web Manager for approval of updates and edits. Responsible for the proofing of web assets, (including but not limited to) image assets, captions, banners, shop pages, etc. on a regular basis. Continuously evaluate and propose new visual content improvements, functionality and manage the UI/UX testing. Support email production. As needed, take on special projects to support other team members. Required Skills Ability to communicate all levels, verbally and written. Experience of delivering to tight deadlines Excellent attention to detail & organisational skills. Ability to take a brief and carry out research. A strong and confident communicator. Excellent attention to detail - proof reading, spelling, copy writing. Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
