Saving them time and money and helping improve visibility and data transparency across their organisations. Our customers can extract real-time insights, including audience demographics, impressions, reach and video watch-time - only available through our approved access to the Instagram, YouTube and Facebook APIs. We are a small start-up (4 years old), with only two full time employees. The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications: Qualifications: Graduate 2.1 Preferably in Marketing, Business Studies, Communications (but not a showstopper) Personality / requirements: Good communication skills (verbal and written) and a good eye for detail A strong understanding and passion for marketing and technology Interest in and understanding of social media (YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) Resourceful and creative – happy to share and implement new ideas Open minded - reading around the subject a lot Self-starter and self-motivated (ambitious) A can-do attitude – start-up life can be tough What are the perks of working at this company? Lots of responsibility - working as one of the first employees of a tech start-up with a growing list of major UK and international clients Opportunity to grow and learn quickly with the company (we are in the middle of fundraise – so the team will grow). Flexible working locations (London / Guilford / at home / Sevenoaks). Training and attend industry events. Stock options, based on reaching certain milestones. Mobile phone bill covered. Questions for applicants to think about: Do they have a good understanding of the principles of digital marketing and social media Do they have a passion for technology Are they happy to work in the fast paced and sometimes stressful start-up world Would they be comfortable talking direct to clients – to provide product updates / training or support Do they mind not having an office to visit every day (this could change in a couple of months) Are they ready to make a massive impact in a small but ambitious company
