Overview

As solutions manager you will take overall responsibility for the continued deployment and enrichment of the Salesforce.com platform as well as the continued delivery of our digital programme. The role is a key strategic IT partner for the sales leaders, sales operations, marketing and customer support teams across Europe. One of your main priorities will be leading the deployment of Salesforce.com into our latest business acquisition to support with Europe’s strategic growth plan and facilitate the sharing of key Opportunities across our product portfolio. As well as core Salesforce.com & digital capabilities JELD-WEN Europe are looking to leverage the CRM platform to drive growth and customer intimacy. You will be able to take the strategic initiatives from the European sales operations and marketing functions and translate them in to a solutions architecture to deliver the benefits. Working as part of a Global IT function will require strong leadership and influencing skills. Essential duties and responsibilities : Develop & deliver the European CRM roadmap & continued deployment plan for SF.com across Europe working closely with the Sales Operations function Responsible for ensuring alignment across all the Digital programs in Europe and Globally and taking the lead on the PMO process adoption for all such projects Build the success criteria and deployment model in line with our PMO methodology Manage the development and partner relationships to ensure optimal use of standard solutions and minimise the need for customisation Effectively manage the CRM & Digital IT team, ensuring their effectiveness of support across Europe for both deployments and supporting adoption Lead the awareness of the SF.com capabilities and promote the adoption of SF.com core and applications from the eco-system to drive the customer intimacy, salesforce effectiveness and growth Ensure tight collaboration with the European Sales Operations function for alignment on roadmap & prioritisation Ensure alignment with the global IT team and adherence to all JELD-WEN governance and change management processes Technical skills and Qualifications: Experience is key, must have 3-5 years’ demonstrable experience of leading successful CRM deployments, across Europe leveraging the SF.com platform Experience in program management & pan-European project management Fluency in another European language is desirable but not essential (preferably German or French) Previous experience managing development resources and partner relationships on the SF.com platform Strong track record of digital project management success and digital marketing and/or IT experience Complex multi-country, multi-currency manufacturing & sales environment Strong communication skills at all levels and across all disciplines Used to strong customer focus and good internal customer relationship management Experience of leading continuous improvement in IT focused sales and marketing Hands-on knowledge of SF.com and its eco-system At JELD-WEN we recognize that our continued success depends on the capability of our people.
