Insight / Analytics Experience Advanced Excel Skills Ideally VBA PeopleGenius are working with a Major name who pride themselves on their ethics - and this shines through in everything they do. We're looking for some Customer Insight Analysts - £26-35k Base salaries with excellent benefits and bonuses along with a super meritocratic and progressive business. This is a Fixed Term Contract for a minimum of 6 months. Following this there are plenty of opportunities available within the Bank. They're based just outside of Tamworth, easily commutable from Burton, Stafford and Lichfield. In this role you'll become a Customer Insight & Experience expert - knowledgeable in measurement and methodologies used, delivering meaningful Analysis and insight and sharpening your Analytics and Modelling skills. The role involves: Providing actionable insights from data to support major decisions across the customer base Develop and deliver solid models to support targeted consumer campaigns Monitor and measure customer experiences Analysing MASSIVE datasets that you wouldn't see elsewhere Deliver Insight programs Build propensity and segmentation models Analyst customer behaviour Much more, this is a role where you'll get involved in some really interesting and varied work Requirements: Must have a numerate, strong Degree or Masters (OR beyond) Must have Advanced Excel skills, Pivot Tables, Macros, Modelling - ideally VBA You'll have 2 years Analytical experience - from a Customer-Driven background and have a solid understanding of Modelling Smartly turned out, bright and enthusiastic In return our clients off unrivalled career progression and some amazing benefits, not to mention your colleagues Full role profile on request.
