Overview
The Opportunity: Nigel Wright have been appointed to recruit a Marketing Assistant to join a global manufacturing business based in Cramlington. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates and current marketers, looking to pursue a varied marketing role within a global business that offer extensive training, guidance and support. Your time will be spent working across a huge variety of business critical projects, supporting experienced colleagues and learning new skills along the way. Projects will include - PR, Digital, Communications, Events and more. The role has come about due to promotion so professional development and progression is also on offer. The role: Work closely with multiple colleagues in the marketing team. Supporting them with varied projects within all marketing disciplines Liaise with multiple stakeholders in the business across different territories including Asia, Russia and South Africa Assist in the production of high quality marketing collateral across print, catalogues, promotional items and more Measure and report on the performance of digital campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp and Google Analytics Organise and attend events and exhibitions where necessary Writing copy for website, press and technical brochures Person specification: Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills Commercially minded with the desire to work in a fast paced, market leading business Organisation and time management skills Commercial experience (minimum 6 months preferred) and relevant degree
