We work with a variety of brands, from service providers to online retailers, and we champion our clients to look through the eyes of their customers and create memorable experiences. The Role You’ll work with our senior leadership team and a team of Account Managers to create and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Display, Paid Social, SEM, and YouTube. As part of this you will take the lead in implementing new campaigns across a range of platforms including PPC, paid social and programmatic display. In addition to creating new campaigns you will also be tasked with improving performance across existing client campaigns through your knowledge of advanced optimisation techniques, including but not limited to keyword research, audience refinement, creative testing and bid management. To showcase the success of your work you will help to compile daily, weekly and monthly performance reports as required and analyse key trends and anomalies in client data to make recommendations for improving performance and delivering best value. To achieve this you must be comfortable in updating partners and key stakeholders on account performance, via phone or face-to-face meetings. As part of this exciting role you’ll be given time to keep your finger on the pulse of new developments and news across media buying and you’ll be supported to brief internal teams and collate proposals for multi-disciplined campaigns, along with formatting your proposals into appropriate documentation. What you’ll be doing: Our clients range from manufacturers and ecommerce brands to football clubs and beauty products, so we’re looking for someone who is interested in (and hopefully has experience with) a range of marketing methods and techniques with a variety of clients. You would handle campaigns for different clients across a variety of sectors, with various targeted outcomes. Key Purpose of Job: Well-presented, well organised and a good communicator with an eye for numbers and a focus on delivering key KPI’s, you will need hands on experience of key digital channels (paid social, YouTube, programmatic and paid search) to deliver the best possible digital marketing campaigns that deliver a return on investment. Responsibilities The main tasks you would be doing on a day-to-day basis include: Proactively build, implement, monitor and improve digital marketing campaigns Develop an understanding of clients and their target audiences Understand our products and services in order to communicate their advantages to customers Develop and pitch campaign strategies to clients, supported by their Account Manager Monitor and report campaigns and make recommendations We need people who are self-motivated, reliable and who have excellent organisation and time management skills. Needs to have: - Experience in a customer-facing role - Good organisation - Good, accurate writing skills - Track record in the ability to work well with teams and collaborate effectively - Self-motivated and ability to manage own time and deadlines - Passionate about marketing - Motivated by operating in a changing, flexible environment - Approachable and friendly, easy to build strong personal relationships - Calm, organised and a clear thinker - Confidence in your ideas and direction - Native English writer - Full UK driving licence Qualifications, Experience & Requirements - Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in an agency or B2C retail environment - Demonstrable experience implementing and optimising successful digital campaigns - Experienced in setting up biddable campaigns that engage and convert - Solid knowledge of Google Analytics - Technical SEO experience - Working knowledge of ad serving tools, with experience setting up and optimising campaigns on Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook Ad Manager and YouTube - Be able to effectively manage and prioritise your time across client accounts - Have a strong attention to detail - Have a genuine passion for digital marketing, with a strong desire to achieve the best possible results for your clients - A desire to develop your skill set within the marketing industry.
