Marketing Executive Location: M1, Central Manchester Base salary range £23000 - £26000 2-3 years' experience in a marketing communications position Experience Hubspot or similar CRM automation software Experience with Wordpress and MailChimp Our client: Is a leading international technology developer of solutions for the Internet of Things (IoT) - a market sector forecast to reach over $1 trillion by 2021 and evidencing growth of 22% per year. Clients include EE, BT, 3, Vodafone, NHS, leading Universities and many large enterprise organisations. Our end-to-end IoT solutions solve clients' problems across these multiple industry groups. We are focused on the B2B IoT space. Your role: Working as part of a small marketing team, you will be delivering a section of the marketing plan to key target audience(s) whilst developing the total customer experience. This includes delivering through many traditional and digital communication channels for lead generation campaigns. It will involve working on many marketing projects; such as producing collateral, direct mail, websites and creating campaigns for client communications. You will also be required to help with PR, advertising and events when needed. Core responsibilities: Producing creative ideas or concepts for all marketing campaigns and projects within brand guidelines Ascertaining results to measure all campaigns and Liaising with all team members, suppliers and clients to ensure deadlines are met and projects are delivered Ensuring the sign off process is adhered to and filing is complete Creating campaigns for client communications working with the sales team to deliver awareness and direct response campaigns including the production of email invitations (evites), webcasts, animations etc Producing collateral and printed materials from creative through to print and Extracting data for mailings Producing direct mail campaigns utilising email marketing and traditional methods Producing various reports on marketing activity using our CRM system and liaising with departments to ensure all information is correct Updating web content on the content management system eg WordPress and managing the development of various websites Preparing messages for social media Ensuring all internal departments are briefed accurately Providing key MI and writing a section of the marketing report Essential skills /experience: Creativity and flair Clear written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail A team player who is able to work independently and under pressure, often to tight deadlines Experience in marketing communications within the financial services sector Ability to drive through marketing projects and campaigns, delivering results Excellent organisation skills with the willingness and ability to multi-task Experience with digital marketing Demonstrable project management skills Job Purpose: Support the marketing function for both internal and external communications for the firm, with supervision / line management of Marketing Head. Key Responsibilities: Manage the firm's digital communications by drafting weekly planners for digital and social content, updating all relevant platforms with agreed content, analysing results and compiling reports for management - with support from the Head of Marketing Support the Sales and Marketing Director Head of Marketing to deliver a calendar of events, this includes general event management support and the use of social platforms and Eventbrite Monitor customer feedback on all communication platforms, e.g. Google Reviews, Review Solicitors, Facebook, Twitter, etc., and manage / report to management accordingly Develop internal communications utilising the intranet, newsletters, AGM meetings, staff surveys with support from marketing assistant Key Competencies: 2-3 years' experience in a marketing communications position Experience Hubspot or similar CRM automation software Experience with Wordpress and MailChimp Good communication skills both written and verbal Intermediate IT skills and knowledge of digital communications including social media Strong attention to detail Can manage time effectively and work to tight deadlines Soft Key Skill Set: Excellent personable skills with the ability to work with a range of people across the business internally and externally Be proactive and able to take initiative To apply please send your CV as an attachment (in Word) to our consultant Justin Kelsey at Syntony (Search & Selection) Ltd
