Overview
Digital Service Manager Your new company Hays are excited to be partnering with a large public-sector organisation based in Leicester as they recruit for a Digital Service Manager on a permanent basis. You will be joining the organisation as they embark on an exciting digital transformation from which you will be involved from the core. Your new role Working in the communications and digital team, a customer focused environment, you will help deliver their ambitious digital strategy. You will be managing the Digital Services team which includes the organisations internet, their intranet and development of their online estate (including microsites for commercial products) and ensure they continue to develop. You will be supported by a well-established team who have honed their skills in user experience and content design while influencing the organisations approach to digital customer service. What you'll need to succeed Main duties include: Manage the Digital Services team Ensure all elements of the website works together to provide a high-quality user experience Monitoring the performance of the organisations website, using metrics to drive improvements Work closely with stakeholders and partners ensuring the organisations online estate is optimised, supports transformation and delivers business objectives Work with department stakeholders on new systems or system upgrades Provide advice, guidance and support to departments to help shape to delivery of their digital objectives What you'll get in return In return you join an established team with a stable budget at an exciting time for the organisation.
