Marketing Executive Our Client They are a curated collection of three exquisite wedding venues and hotels. All lovingly restored historic houses set in picturesque surroundings. They are; an award-winning exclusive use wedding and events venue in the Cotswold's, a country house hotel based within Suffolk that hosts a relaxing spa and finally an exclusive use wedding and events venue based in Woodbridge, Suffolk. They are all about people. Their buildings are beautiful, but they know it is the people within them that create the memories and warmth. Each of their charming properties hosts experienced wedding and event planners and award-winning chefs to ensure every moment of a wedding, event or hotel stay is magical from start to finish. Your role To be responsible for the execution of marketing activities for our client. To support the Brand and Marketing Manager in the delivery of campaigns to the highest standards. This role will cover a wide spectrum of marketing activities including design, website management and email marketing. Day to day Create all in-house design, including marketing collateral and advertising Manage and take ownership for all website maintenance Execute and manage email marketing campaigns with analytics and insights Help to ensure that campaigns are produced, prioritised and implemented effectively Hands-on management of all print activity across owned publications and external print media. This involves liaising with multiple stakeholders within and outside of the business. Copy writing and editing Support the Brand and Marketing Manager with ad hoc marketing requests Contribute to an ongoing culture of improvement and innovation, creating and developing processes which will drive efficiency and effectiveness Support the wider team with social media activity Who are they looking for? Must have at least one year`s experience within a marketing role Must have advanced knowledge and application in creative suites InDesign and Photoshop Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint Good knowledge of the WordPress platform Has managed end-to-end campaign process from briefing back through to delivery Experienced at monitoring, evaluating and reporting results and analytics Used to setting and working towards tight deadlines Confident in copywriting and reviewing copy with exceptional attention to detail Excellent creative judgement and a drive for excellent campaign execution Good at working as part of a cross-functional team and experience of managing stakeholders Excellent verbal and written communication skills A passionate ambitious individual who enjoys working as part of a team Desirable Knowledge or an interest in the wedding industry Knowledge or an interest in the hospitality industry Knowledge of email marketing suites Remuneration Package They have a team and support network who are committed to working hard and following best practice to bring strong company growth in a fast-moving market. They are looking for a full-time member to join the team in their Cheltenham office.
