As well as a comprehensive plant and tool hire fleet, they offer a wide range of construction products including PPE, specialist fixings and fasteners, builders’ metalwork and diamond products. The Role: They are looking for an enthusiastic and driven marketing and administrative professional to join their expanding team. Working alongside the Commercial Team you will assist with the delivery of the company’s marketing and sales activities to achieve both business and personal objectives. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the on-going management and development of the company website ensuring all the content is kept up-to-date and fresh in line with wider marketing plans. Monitor website performance and produce regular analytical reports. Manage the development and implementation of a new social media strategy to promote and showcase new projects and company offerings engaging with current and potential new customers On-going management of the company website SEO activity and oversee any pay per click (PPC) ad campaigns in order to attract the maximum number of new sales enquiries Devise email marketing campaigns and produce regular e-shots for existing and potential customers. Maintain the CRM system ensuring it is up-to-date, including adding, account notes and customer information. Carry out competitor and market activity research, analysing the data to identify and define new opportunities General office administration tasks to assist the Commercial and Sales teams including placing stock orders, updating and loading products to the InspHire system, updating pricing, customer discount matrixes and other marketing and sales tasks as required. Compile and distribute financial and statistical information reports on company performance. Provide accurate and regular reporting for all tasks undertaken Skills Demonstrate excellent project management skills and ability to work to deadlines Good organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail A proactive and positive approach Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Deliver a high level of customer service Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team Commercial awareness This sound like you?
