They believe in innovation and the constant evolution of technology to meet market demands, and with that in mind we are partnering to recruit the job of Social Media Manager for the EMEA Marketing team. Your new role As part of the central EMEA team, you will be responsible for the coordinating digital and social media efforts across digital platforms in multiple markets, and will ensure that the social media tools are populated with the correct content to maximise reach and engagement. You will also work towards helping develop all elements of the digital journey, from liaising with key partners, to activation through to ongoing optimisation and reporting. This will include key sponsorship and influencer activities. Your job also involves coordinating social media efforts across all EMEA offices and ensuring that they have the necessary assets and strategic recommendations for local execution. You will create and manage content, build and coordinate social campaigns, and both optimise and develop strategies with the use of digital and social intelligence to increase effectiveness for both brand and business. What you'll need to succeed We are looking for process-driven, analytical individuals capable of taking ownership of social tools and ensuring the smooth running of social media campaigns. You will have the experience to monitor and manage scheduled content and campaigns going out, as well as having input into the creation of campaigns for key product launches. You will work closely with influencer and sponsorship programmes to suggest and maximise exposure opportunities online, and will be comfortable account-managing channels and campaigns to ensure an effective social media content calendar. You will need exposure to social tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite or Hubspot and have experience managing various social channels for a B2C audience.
