Digital Recruitment consultant So, you’ve spent some time learning all things digital. Maybe you’ve worked in marketing or studied a digital degree. You know great digital content and you’re familiar with the whole marketing alphabet; SEO, PPC, HIJKLMNOP, etc., but now you want to change up your role for something more people-centric, swapping statistics for conversation. If you have an interest in digital marketing and people, and want to be able to continually learn about this fast growing sector, which is skyrocketing as one of the best and most progressive markets to recruit into, we have a fantastic opportunity for you. As a recruitment consultant at Parker Young, you will liaise with fantastic, disruptive businesses across multiple business sectors, helping them to find great digital marketers. In return you will have the ability to develop your personal brand, earn a potential commission amount that would make things very interesting for you and enjoy the rewards of the success of the wider team, with our quarterly and annual incentive plan. In your role as our Digital Recruitment Consultant you will: Use your knowledge of digital to seek out the best candidates in the market, using LinkedIn search, Boolean searches and networking with potential candidates via our CRM. Use your digital knowledge to brief candidates comprehensively on our great digital roles build relationships with both candidates Build relationships with our current clients and identify new potential business An ideal candidate will be: Passionate about the digital market and keen to stay up to date with all the latest sector news A people-person Someone who enjoys hard work and a varied day Confident over the phone and in face to face meetings Educated to degree level is preferred but not a requirement Some marketing or digital experience is preferred to ensure good knowledge of the market and its challenges/opportunities
