Overview

Marketing and Communications Manager job in Chelmsford paying £35,000 per annum. Your new company Will be looking to acquire a Marketing and Communications Manager to enhance the brand reputation across all digital platforms and deliver consistent and personalised communications. This is a newly created role to join a lovely and personable team in a small but ever-growing family run business. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Marketer to take ownership and responsibility for a company that is truly invested in their digital transformation. Your new role Will be to implement an integrated marketing and communications strategy incorporating digital, offline and PR. With financial and operational commitment to support the development of this function, you will be pivotal in this companies continued growth and success. You will work with management to develop the brand, principles, profile and visual identity of the firm. You will oversee the development of content and literature, ensuring all standard marketing material and communications are aligned with brand guidelines. You will own the delivery of the company's digital strategy across multiple channels, creating engaging and personalised content, news and testimonials as well as managing interactions to build referral networks. You will analyse all campaigns and communications to continually improve and inspire new campaigns, reporting on engagement and ROI to key stakeholders. You will manage one Executive that has been with the company for many years with a view to grow that further. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be an all round Marketing professional with excellent inter-personal and relationship-building skills. You must have experience of creative campaign management and planning with a proven ability to lead communications strategies. You will be highly articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail and ability to proofread. You will have a passion and expertise in digital marketing with the ability to create content and campaigns that build networks and engagement and report this back to stakeholders. You will have a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suit to allow creation of exciting content. You will have experience in CMS systems and SEO, Google analytics and email marketing software. You will be analytical and driven on reporting and improving the process with your new company.
