Sales training axelos prince peoplecert "best practice" methodology ITIL Territory Manager, Professional Training Solutions Up to £65k base plus 20% bonus and benefits London The Territory Brand Manager role will represent the company in an agreed territory or territories. The Territory Brand Manager (TBM) is responsible for the promotion of Axelos and all of its associated brands working with PeopleCert, our EI Partner, who lead on ATO relationships in all territories. The TBM will work closely with internal stakeholders, in particular the Product, Marketing and Brand Teams. The TBM will be the main liaison point between us and the local PeopleCert BDMs, supporting them with all the agreed GTM plans. They will bring market insight back into the business supporting existing and new product development, making recommendations for market investment. A key aspect to the role will be to work with PeopleCert to help bring focus to our drive to launch our products and identify relevant organisations linked to our core strategy of growth in new and existing markets and channels. Brining in SMEs and Ambassadors as necessary to support a centralised approach to growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Working with PeopleCert the TBM will support with the management of our largest partners to build and develop relationships with their key decision makers, based on face to face and also telephone contact. Working if full alignment with PeopleCert the TBM will meet objectives by jointly identifying, planning and executing sales and marketing initiatives with our partners Working with PeopleCert and internal Marketing, Product Management and Brand teams, Prepare and deliver presentations, and proposals and any other collateral required to promote and support the AXELOS Best Practice Portfolio Working with PeopleCert via our joint GTM plans the TBM will Execute, manage and deliver Growth Plans with key Partners, on time and within budget Create, maintain and regularly review account plans for your partners with PeopleCert Update Salesforce (or the appointed AXELOS CRM) with regards to all communication with partners and therefore, evaluate and document partnership opportunities, ensuring all activity is recorded accurately on the database Work with PeopleCert to ensure that the Partnership behaviour displayed is consistent with AXELOS principles and corporate guidelines at all times THE PERSON Ability to work with key stakeholders both internal and external Strong verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal and time management skills Commercial acumen and insight into how the channel works, and what motivates partners and drives their business Ability to negotiate and communicate at all levels: C-level, management and operational levels Strong partner management and relationship management skills A results driven, motivated, innovative and ambitious person Strong channel and account management experience with the majority spent at a senior level Proven track record of achieving business targets
