Pertemps Commercial Network are proud to be working with a large group of companies within South Yorkshire who require an individual who breaths social Media both Paid and Organic You will be a passionate, focused individual to create engaging content, increase presence and make sales via social media. To succeed in this role you must live and breathe Social Media, and have hands-on experience in both an organic and paid Social content. The role involves keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, seeking out new social media avenues and finding new ways of connecting with audiences. This position will look after social content and on-line content across the business. Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Spark, Hootsuite and Sprout Social would be a distinct advantage. Main Duties: Managing the companies social media channels, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and other relevant platforms. Creating content for web pages including news stories, reviews and industry news updates to help drive social engagement. Engaging directly with potential customers on social media platforms such as Facebook groups, Instagram etc. Dealing with customer queries and reviews on social media and associated review platforms. Creating content that promotes audience interaction and increases audience presence on company websites. Working as part of the wider marketing team to develop large campaigns for upcoming products and sale/promotional periods. Use scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimise visits/traffic to social media and the Group websites.
