Events & Marketing Executive Our award winning, high performance client are looking for a dynamic Events & Marketing Executive to join their Marketing Team. The role: Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing Manage the coordination of both internal and external events throughout the calendar year Occasional travel may be required to Europe and America Ability to attend the events to ensure the everything runs smoothly Manage marketing schedules around events including, pre, during and post event marketing communications Manage event related vendor relationships to ensure sponsorship obligations have been met Develop engaging event materials Manage stand design, packing, logistics and return Create engaging social media posts Required skills: Events experience of at least 2 years Proficient with Microsoft Office Ability to communicate well over the phone and in person Accurate written communication Close attention to detail An understanding of social media management Ability to learn quickly Due to a very high number of applications we are unable to come back to every candidate with feedback.
