2468 - Product Marketing Manager - Hayes - Perm - £45-50K This is an exciting opportunity to work with an International consumer goods brand, and leading player in their field. The Product Marketing Manager will be a key member of the Brand Communications team responsible for all things product - overseeing both online and offline product communications with an emphasis on new product introductions. The Role: Oversight of product marketing strategy Influence and guide the NPD roadmap and guide the design of new products Leadership of consumer insights as it relates to new product communications and messaging structure. Develop and execute strategy to achieve and communicate strong product and technology claims. Responsible for developing all product marketing and navigation assets for Retail channels, such as product labels, point of sale messaging, brochures, and demo kits. Collaborate with Brand Communications team members to create compelling digital product content showcasing features, benefits, and moving a consumer through their purchase journey. Ownership of all new product packaging creative design, both global and for special channels. Champion of new product and technology naming and legal clearance. Sign off on online and offline post-purchase product marketing, including product manual, assembly, use & care, & warranty including artwork development, internal alignment, and language variations. Oversight of product photoshoots and CGI asset development, ensuring creative excellence and meeting objectives. Ongoing measurement and visibility to how assets are being used, where, and with what results. Seeks understanding of product health Regularly liaise with internal cross functional stakeholders including product management, legal, compliance, customer experience, and local markets. Ideal Candidate will have: Minimum 3-5 years consumer or trade marketing experience in consumer goods company. Some product marketing background required. Experience developing and managing packaging creative change preferred. Strong project management skills, detail-oriented and organized, and able to deliver under tight and changing deadlines. Self starter, taking initiative to move projects forward. Ability to thrive in an international, multicultural organisation Ability for regular meetings in London and frequent international travel
