Overview
A growing property company in the 'Co-Living' space is looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager to join the team. Working across a portfolio of residential sites across the UK, the role will include the following duties: - Working with the sales teams to understand each site and it's unique target market -Putting together marketing strategies for each site and delivering these strategies -delivering both online and offline marketing campaigns -relationship building with universities and hospitals and other businesses that may require housing for their staff - Identifying partnership opportunities The role requires someone outgoing and proactive who is able to identify opportunities and build relationships along with creating effective marketing strategies and campaigns. Regular travel to sites and the regional teams is required so the ideal candidate will drive. For more information please contact .
