Job Purpose : To purchase media ad placements for Catena Media and its Clients Job duties and responsibilities: Hunting for appropriate media and testing new media both offline and online. Handling relationships with Trade Desks, DSP’s, Pops Agencies and Media Buying Agencies. Data analysis and reporting, understanding data and how to identify trends and insights to increase performance and deliver high converting campaigns. Collaborating with content, creative and development teams to create, build and launch online and offline campaigns. Generating monthly/quarterly P&L reports for C-level management - highlighting revenues, identifying areas of growth/ opportunities and developing new strategies. Create, manage and optimize online campaigns whilst ensuring that the ROI remains positive. Monitoring, analyzing and optimizing campaigns. Working with contractors, setting targets and ensuring the team is in line with the companies overall strategy. Setting KPI’s for media buying, managing budget, setting targets and creating strategies. Managing relationships with production companies, ad agencies and ad technologies. Overseeing the bidding strategy for multiple clients. Working with commercial team to identify the best territories and brands to work with Negotiating contracts and agreements with 3d parties. Qualifications Excellent experience as a media buyer in the iGaming industry. Programmatic buying/trading experience necessary. Experience with platforms such as Adservers, Google products and project management tools. Strong analytical skills (Excel, data analysis). Fluent English, knowledge of other languages especially, will be considered a strong asset. Understanding of media buying in multiple territories High understanding of performance channel metrics (CPM, CPC, CPL, CPI, CPA).
