Location: Sea Containers Salary: Competitive Division: Consulting Type: Full-time, Permanent JOB PURPOSE An exciting opportunity has arisen in Kantar’s Brand and Marketing Consulting Division for an experienced Product Manager to act as the custodian and champion of ‘EVA’, Kantar’s leading-edge Social Imaging AI tool. EVA facilitates an incredibly powerful approach that allows our clients to understand brand and cultural conversations on social platforms like Instagram, quickly and at scale. It is unique in the wider industry, leveraging the combination of AI technology and over 20 years of human cultural and semiotic expertise. As the Social Imaging offer grows, Kantar Consulting need someone passionate about driving it’s success forward. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the development of EVA, ensuring that all elements of the development team understand the requirements of the future stages and are enabled to deliver against the development roadmap Managing our tech partners and co-ordinating closely with IT leads Own the development roadmap, keeping it on track & on time Support in the development of commercial planning, client targeting and cost management Develop new use case / product scopes of work and briefs for developers Work with UE / UX developers & coders to design, develop & evolve the EVA tech platform Conduct working sessions and research to uncover innovative new approaches to address client needs and revenue opportunities Investigate new visual insight technologies and methodologies (with Practice lead, tech partner / IT lead) Ensure each stage of development meets the requirements of users and has been tested before giving the final sign-off on each release Support the IT partner to ensure shared IP is protected & managed (i.e. platform’s algorithms and protocols are documented and stored) Identify and evaluate (with IT Partner) potential alternative tech partners / CI services for clients Investigate new and additional sources of insight to improve client project delivery (i.e. Google trends, etc) PERSON SPECIFICATION At least 5 years Product Management experience (most recent from technology) Strong project management and organisational skills Someone who thrives working within a fast-paced environment Confident networker, keen to make new connections with the wider business as a whole A creative and innovative mindset Someone extremely proactive, anticipating and addressing challenges before they arise A natural curiosity about how consumers engage and use technology, particularly social platforms An interest in how culture shapes and is shaped by brands is crucial to this role JOIN US At Kantar we have an integrated way of rewarding our people based around a simple, clear and consistent set of principles.
