Online Content / Digital Content / Digital Marketing / B2C Our client, a leading consumer brand in Birmingham, have are recruiting for an experienced Online Content Manager to join their Marketing team on a permanent basis. The Role: The Digital Content Manager will play a vital role helping the campaign teams reach their goals, communicating the campaign’s message, engaging online audiences, mobilising supporters, and ensuring a cohesive and compelling online voice. Duties & Responsibilities Write compelling copy for all social media platforms, working in conjunction with other teams. Support the Digital team, identifying opportunities for high-impact digital engagement across platforms Manage the day-to-day execution of content for social media and email in coordination with other teams. Identify ways to drive audience growth. Engage with online community, respond to comments and questions, and relay community input to relevant internal stakeholders. About You: The successful candidate will have excellent writing skills and experience creating content and assets for multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Proven experience in email support and Online Content, confident working on campaigns mobilising activists and supporters. You will have a data led mindset, focussing on using evidence-based approaches and an understanding of audiences to drive campaign actions. Able to work as a resource to teams using your interpersonal skills and a commitment to quality work and outstanding service. Quick, creative, entrepreneurial, and flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and opportunities in a fast-paced environment Good judgement and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, while acting as a leader and participant in complex collaborative processes.
