Customer Marketing Manager - B2B Exhibitions £35,000 - £40,000 10% Bonus Excellent Company Benefits Global, market leading media events organiser seeks a highly talented revenue generation marketer to lead on three of their flagship retail events. We are looking for an excellent customer-focused demand generation manager, to work on our client’s market-leading retail events. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercially-minded marketer to generate new business leads for the sales team. Very much focused on driving leads for three of their flagship retail events, you will be given a lot of autonomy and responsibility to deliver strong demand generation strategies, then working with the campaigns team to translate these into best-of-class multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for driving the sales & marketing alignment for your events, working with the different sales leaders and Event Directors across your events. KEY Role ACCOUNTABILITIES: Defining lead acquisition strategies for your events, based on the brand and sales plans. Fully owning the sales & marketing universe for each event, creating annual plans how the data can be optimised through refreshing/enhancing/appending/segmentation/updating. Setting up annual lead targets, ensuring subsequent plans are aligned to these. Reporting against all marketing KPIs including leads, sales and conversion rates. Ensuring all plans translate into clear customer-facing marketing campaigns and activities. Working closely with the campaigns team to develop and execute multi-channel lead generation activities. Writing strong campaign briefs, translating market and customer knowledge into actionable insights. Working with the campaigns team to analyse campaign metrics, then act on these to increase engagement and ROI. Feeding sales-ready leads to the sales teams and continue to nurture not-ready leads through the revenue cycle. Working closely with the campaigns team to develop trigger-based lead nurture campaigns and lead scoring, using marketing automation. Key Requirements 2-3 years’ experience in B2B demand generation (revenue generation through marketing), ideally with an events background Marketing automation tool experience (Marketo or equivalent) required CRM tool experience required - Dynamics would be great Excellent at handling budgets of over £200k Understanding the sales & marketing lead processes Data-driven, commercial and analytical Great communicator with excellent people skills Lipton Media is a dynamic, proactive and progressive media recruitment agency solely dedicated to the media industry.
