Job Title: Business Development Manager Salary: 25,000 - £35,000 Uncapped commission Location: Chelmsford My client is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their vibrant team, based in Chelmsford. The ideal candidate will be one who has previous experience working for a digital marketing agency. This role suits someone who has had previous experience selling SEO, PPC, social media and email marketing. This role will require you to sell over the phone and face to face. This is a fast-paced role so proof of previous success would be helpful. Duties: Manage the full sales cycle Calling existing and new contacts High volume of calls Retain and grow our existing clients Ensure KPI’s and Targets are hit Add value to the CRM Work closely with the sales team to develop well qualified leads Fact find/ qualify clients Meet with clients and present when necessary Proposal writing Upsell and cross sell Attributes: Driven Personable Hardworking
