Overview

Product Marketing Manager We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing UK marketing team. You'll develop marketing strategies that will deliver value to our clients customers and revenue growth through acquisition. You'll work across the organisation with internal and external partners to execute go-to-market strategies and will be part of a cross-functional team managing our payroll offering. As the product marketer, you'll be responsible for driving the value proposition, messaging and segmentation strategy and influencing the future product roadmap of our payroll portfolio. Responsibilities: ?Create and build compelling go-to-market programmes ensuring product market fit and long-term lifecycle management to drive product uptake and adoption. ?Drive launch and post-launch marketing programmes with marketing channel managers, account managers, sales, care and product teams to drive long-term growth. ?Set uptake and usage targets and create quarterly marketing plans to meet them. ?Analyze industry trends, conduct competitor and market analysis to drive differentiation and prioritise proposition enhancements. ?Identify untapped segments and develop targeted offerings, campaigns or product enhancements to increase level of engagement. ?Develop product positioning, value proposition, and key messaging to be used in product development and marketing campaigns throughout the customer journey. ?Review and optimize the website performance in partnership with Analytics and Web teams to drive increase page performance and site conversion rate. ?Effectively use segmentation and targeting to optimise messaging for the right channel, target and business goal (acquisition, cross-sell, attach, retention) ?Develop test/learn plans to successfully drive business results and recommendations regarding product positioning and promotion. ?Partner with the product team to educate and empower both internal and external stakeholders about our target customer, product features and benefits including sales, account management, customer care and marketing. ?Develop and deliver on product marketing one-year revenue and attach plans, quarterly forecasts, priorities, promotions and contingency efforts (in partnership with finance). Qualifications: ?5 years product marketing experience, including exposure to SaaS or B2B technology role ?Strong strategic thinker with experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies cross-functionally ?Proven ability to lead data-driven, integrated, multi-channel campaigns, working with fixed budgets ?Excellent strategic thinking and creative problem solving skills, ability to glean insights, develop a vision and make it come to life with actionable plans ?Operates well in an environment of rapid change, role modelling ability to manage multiple projects with fast paced delivery ?Customer focused; takes ownership of identifying and leveraging big customer insights to drive growth ?Builds strong relationships with cross-functional, cross-geographical stakeholders across all levels of the business ?Positive, can-do attitude with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
