PA Permanent North Bristol Up to £28K plus benefits Our fantastic client based in North Bristol have just asked to find a dedicated and experienced PA to work with the Partner for the day to day running of a financial services practice. It is a wide and varied PA role encompassing regulatory requirements, marketing, client servicing, IT and the development of the practice.Our client is looking for a person with a polite, friendly, approachable manner who is used to working in a fast paced, professional environment. Daily tasks include but are not limited to: • Supporting the Partner by dealing effectively with the day to day business operation •Assisting the Partner to take the business forward to meet the business objectives • Implementing, operating & maintaining effective systems, processes and procedures • Assisting the Partner with Practice finances in a timely manner • Monitoring business reports and statistical analysis to identify challenges and grow the Practice • Supporting the Partner in tracking compliance, licensing, CPD, regulatory & legislative requirements • Communicating effectively within the Practice, clients and third parties • Supporting the maintenance of Practice website, LinkedIn profile, & marketing activity • Ensuring office stationery and equipment is of sufficient quality, quantity and up to date • Booking travel and accommodation as required for the Partner. • Managing the submission of all client applications • Ensuring all relevant information required for client reports is available • Maintaining accurate and up to date client information • Liaising with Head Office & admin centres as directed • Working on Projects •Supporting the Partner with Business Development • Arranging and/or attending corporate events • Attending forums and workshops as appropriate • Assisting the Partner in the creation and maintenance of the annual marketing plan and all associated marketing tasks Responsibilities of the role include: • To achieve daily and quarterly goals and satisfy the priorities agreed with the Partner • To project a professional image in both appearance and attitude to provide quality support on time to agreed standards • To attend & contribute to regular update meetings with the Partner • To maintain a good working relationship with clients and third parties. Experience, skills and qualities required: • The ability to balance conflicting demands in a calm and friendly manner • Able to maintain a positive 'can do’ attitude • Ability to work autonomously and within a team • Open to change/new ideas • Ability to think outside the box to support the Partner • Comfortable with face to face & telephone client interaction • Analytical with precise attention to detail • Effective Project management skills • Broad experience of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Experience of Microsoft Outlook • Comfortable with electronic data systems • Experience in setting up and maintaining systems, processes and procedures • Knowledge of related regulation and legislation This fantastic new PA role is offered with a very competitive salary of up to £28K per annum plus benefits.
