The business is well respected and successful - its success is based on great products, hard work, flexibility, innovation and delivering results Working from their offices based in South Manchester; you will be involved in collating, creating relevant documents for shipment of goods from one country to another so this kind of experience is also preferred; whilst ensuring that the company is compliant in all regulatory matters globally. The position holder will play an active role in all product and process continuous improvement projects. Responsibilities Accountable for the translation or request of translations of relevant market regulatory frameworks when applied to the companies strategy, products and comms. AAFCO, FEDIAF, Green dot, China, Australia etc. Map the regulatory framework and keep updated. Own the relationship with outsourced regulatory partners. Ownership of license renewals - co-ordination of timings etc. and ensuring it is done. Completion and ownership of registration documents for all countries. Maintain and manage association membership Pack claims for each region (alongside Technical Manager) Support Product and Brand by providing outlines and templates for packaging and comms which comply with the relevant market. Liaise with 3rd party agencies and support personnel to ensure compliance. Review concept and final artwork to advise on compliance with the required framework to agreed timelines. Support internal personnel to ensure compliance. Flexible to work within all technical functions. Attention to detail in all documentation requested, created and approved. Assistance to the factories to ensure they are compliant and responsive to all requests Provide cross-functional training and coaching on relevant frameworks. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working within regulatory environment with knowledge of import/ export. You should have creative flair, and in addition to this solid communication and articulation skills across all levels as well as the ability to multi-task.
