Overview
Our client is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join their team in Manchester. Your responsibilities will include: ·Developing and maintaining our social media presence across digital channels: Linkedin and Twitter ·Managing marketing campaigns, surveys and regular newsletters ·Creating and managing mailing lists ·Measuring and reporting on the performance of our digital marketing campaigns and social media channels ·Web development: responsibility for the maintenance and development of the company website including creating landing pages, writing news items, ensuring the website is up to date ·Managing the company intranet ·Managing the marketing activity plan ·Event management: co-ordinating corporate hospitality events and seminars ·Copywriting and editing - working with the business to write Thought Leadership articles and e shot content ·Managing the clients brand across all channels - in conjunction with the Head of Marketing ·Working with external agencies to develop marketing collateral To apply for this role the successful candidate must have the following skills: ·Excellent written and verbal communication skills ·Strong analytical skills ·Aptitude for digital marketing ·Solid knowledge of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics ·Knowledge of Mail Chimp/database management ·Design skills such as InDesign ·Excellent copywriting skills ·Ability to work under pressure and juggle a high workload ·Highly organised ·Adaptable and flexible ·Excellent interpersonal skills ·Positive, enthusiastic and proactive approach How to apply: To apply for this role, please forward you’re CV in confidence quoting reference 6423 Due to the high volume of applications that we receive, if we do not hear from you within 7 days unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful.
