Overview
A Head of Salesforce is needed for a End User based in Newcastle. The Salesforce instance is pivotal within the business and they need someone have full autonomy of the system. Roles & Responsibilities: Create and Manage the Salesforce Roadmap Strong Stakeholder Management Manage workflow rules, triggers, action items, approval processes, security validations Create and maintain user roles, profiles, campaigns, and record types Effectively manage a team of Salesforce Admins Requirements: Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and Force.com platforms. Familiarity with SFDC development tools Experience within Sales & Service Clouds components Effective interpersonal and relationship management skills are paramount.
