Job Description
We're looking for a driven Product Manager to join our team here in London. Through Intelligent Shopper Solutions (ISS), we decode the 'messages' that customers leave in the data and help translate them into simple, actionable insights and enable effective business decisions throughout an organisation. Reporting to the Product Director, you will be a senior member of the Product team defining and delivering to the AIP Roadmap and other products ensuring that we continue to build a world-class solution to our clients. What you will be doing: * Work with ISS Product Director to develop a pragmatic but innovative AIP product roadmap that is consistent with the business vision to be a global platform. * Translate the customer, business and market needs into product requirements * Work within an Agile development environment to create appropriate epics and stories that optimize functionality for clients and in an industry agnostic way * Take ownership for key roadmap items and champion their delivery * Create a collaborative environment that encourages ideas generation and evaluation * Support the ISS Product Director to evaluate and prioritise features for Release Planning * Ability to demo the product internally to senior stakeholders and externally to clients and in conferences. * Embed industry best practice into the product team and support personal development of more junior team members What we would like you to have: * Managing the development of a B2B software product * Working in data analysis in a retail or FMCG environment * Working with multiple agile teams, understanding agile ways of working * Proven experience of working directly in a scrum team in a product owner role * Project management experience, with a good understanding of servant leadership * Web based application development experience, and a high level understanding of the technical architecture * Experience of product management including roadmap development and release management * Team management experience, ensure that the teams potential is fully developed * Highly proactive with the "can-do" attitude to thrive in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment * Ability to think on your feet and make key decisions/compromises quickly within a fast-paced Agile Scrum environment * Consultative approach, with resilience and tenacity to overcome difficulties which may hinder progress * Excellent communication skills, able to adapt to different audiences including product, business, technical and management functions What's in it for you?
