ARABIC SPEAKER x 2 required MONDAY START MUST BE BIRMINGHAM BASED MUST HAVE CALL CENTRE/SALES EXPERIENCE Arabic Speakers required for a project in B1, hours 6am-2pm. Short Term Projects-Good English required so you can move to different projects. Must be Birmingham based Applicants from overseas will not be considered Immediately available? Telesales/Call Centre Exp? Do you have a robust personality and are always upbeat and friendly? Do you have a background in Telesales? Lead Generation? Sales? Appointment Making? B2B? B2C? Call Centre? Are you confident in building rapport with clients? Can you start work on Monday? Are you self motivated and proactive and hungry for progression? If the answers are yes, then this may be the role for you. SF Group are currently recruiting for exciting positions as an experienced Telesales Executive for a client of ours in Birmingham. Your duties will include: - Proactively make outbound calls promoting the company - To build and maintain excellent relationships with all customers - To ensure that company databases are accurate and up to date - To identify any prospect business through relevant industry databases, leads and magazines - To build a client portfolio -Generate leads for the Sales team - Up sell and cross sell where possible - Reporting on sales activities and clients - To ensure that all customer enquiries and complaints are dealt with quickly and effectively The ideal candidate will have a background in Telesales and will be confident in making outbound calls with a proactive and hard working attitude . Hours are 6am-2pm Monday to Thursday with a rate of £8.50ph for the successful candidates
