Overview
Due to an increase in the After Market business in sales, my client is looking for an extra person to help process quotes and orders and to work with sales team to help develop After Market sales further. Key responsibilities and duties: • The efficient processing of customers’ orders and enquiries • Help the promotion of company products and services. • Responsibility for the various administrative systems ensuring full traceability and to recommend any alternatives deemed necessary to the Senior Sales Manager to ensure or improve service to their customers. • Responsibility for answering all internal and external administrative enquiries regarding customer history. • To negotiate, where necessary, directly with customers in order to secure extra sales for the company.
