Norwich - Area Residential Surveyor - 25 mile radius of home postcode Cobalt recruitment are pleased to be representing a very reputable independent estate agency services firm who have been established for over 100 years. With 17 plus surveyors across East Anglia and surrounding areas they carry out a large amount of private work backed up by panel and corporate work. Depending on your preferences there is a variety of work that comes through including land valuations and expert witness reports. Work will predominantly be homebuyers, mortgage valuations and building surveys. They have a very much family/low stress approach with their team and have a feel-good feeling that I have not seen with other surveying firms I have met. They have their own admin team to take care of the administration side of the job freeing up time for the surveyors. They understand some surveyors wish to do four points per day and some wish to do seven. Benefits - Basic Salary - £43,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience Car Allowance £4,500 per annum Commission of 10% of net billings, payed monthly - Also commission on any business that you refer that crosses departments. No thresholds or sliding scales. Payment of any subscription fees and pension scheme Payment of private healthcare Monthly breakfast meetings with your area manager Requirements - MRICS, AssocRICS, MCIOB along with VRS certification Drivers licence Relevant experience with carrying out reports
