Internal Account Manager - Dental Software Ref: 157668 Location: Gillingham, Chatham & Rochester Package: Up to £30,000 basic £2,000 commission, paid monthly Managing an Existing Account Base £MultiMillion Turnover Company Selling Software into NHS & Private Dental Practices Opportunities to Work Abroad & Progression within Group Monthly Commission & 25 Days Holiday THE ROLE : You will be responsible for retaining existing business, working with dental practises across the UK to identify areas for growth, give advice and coaching on the practise management software in place. Ensuring customers are taking full advantage of the platform, you will analyse their KPI's and implement business plans, marketing techniques and pass any leads to the sales team. You will be dealing with NHS and private establishments, speaking with business managers and head dentists. Customer service is key. THE PERSON: Our client is looking for a consultative team player and future leader To be considered for this position you will have a track record in customer service. Data analysis skills or tech support experience would be advantageous.
