Key Account Manager

A new opportunity has become available for a Key Account Manager to join a family run business located in Tamworth. As part of their business development programme for 2020, my client is looking to expand their Customer Service team. The job role will involve making outbound calls and keeping in regular contact with customers to ensure repeat ordering and future development opportunities. You must be able to sell additional products and services along with preparing quotations quickly whilst following the process to a final conclusion. In return the successful candidate will benefit from a clear commission structure, opportunity to progress and free onsite parking. The Job Role Managing existing client portfolio Making regular client contact Dealing with client enquires Securing repeat orders Increasing customer spend Offering new products and services Providing quotes Exploring new opportunities through referrals Experience / Requirements Experience in sales & service environment is essential Demonstrate a proven track record in sales Experience within clothing trade an advantage, but not essential Good telephone manner Good Keyboard and computing skills and use of CRM systems(Training Provided) Previous experience working within a target driven environment is also essential
