Overview

Business Development Manager - Permanent We are looking for a business development manager preferably with experience in the recruitment industry to identify new business opportunities and follow up new sales leads in the Northamptonshire and Warwickshire area This role requires excellent communication skills, following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings with decision makers for the provision of both temporary and permanent staff in both industrial and commercial sectors . The Business Development Manager will be to generate new revenue and help the organisation grow, identify new markets, new partnerships, new ways to reach existing markets The role: Generate leads and cold calling prospective customers Develop opportunities in target markets Nurturing and developing relationships with key customer accounts Attending face-to-face meetings with clients Providing specialist advice on the services we p[rovide The person: Good communication skills Good interpersonal skills Good business knowledge Negotiation skills Tact and diplomacy Creativity A good grasp of numbers and literacy Organisational skills Salary on application.
